Purchased directly from official boutiques and outlets, or

Sourced from trusted Japanese resellers known for strict authentication standards, or

Personally acquired and owned by Luxe by Min

Any available proof of purchase, authenticity certificates, or original packaging will be stated in the product description.

We guarantee that every item sold is 100% authentic. Product Condition:

Brand new items and pre-loved luxury pieces

Each item is carefully inspected and accurately described. Any visible signs of wear will be clearly mentioned and photographed.

By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges they have reviewed all images and descriptions and accept the stated condition.

Pricing & Payment:

All prices are listed in Euros (€).

Full payment is required prior to shipping.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel transactions in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorised chargebacks.

Shipping policy:

We ship exclusively via DHL with insurance coverage.

Once the parcel has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, Luxe by Min is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Insurance covers loss or damage in accordance with DHL shipping policies.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

Due to the nature of luxury resale and to protect authenticity standards:

All sales are final.

We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase and inspect the item thoroughly before completing the transaction. As vintage items may have unique characteristics and imperfections due to their age and history, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item received is materially different from the description provided.

If an issue arises, clients must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned items (if approved) must be:

With all packaging intact

Returned with tracked and insured shipping

Inventory Availability: Please be aware that we maintain limited stock for each item on our website. Only one unit of each item is available for purchase. We cannot guarantee the availability of any item beyond the listed stock quantity. In the event an item becomes out of stock after purchase, we will promptly notify you and offer alternatives or a refund as appropriate.

Normal wear and tear of pre-loved items

Indirect or consequential damages

Carrier-related delays outside our control

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.
