Each item is carefully inspected and accurately described. Any visible signs of wear will be clearly mentioned and photographed.

Pricing & Payment:

Full payment is required prior to shipping.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel transactions in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorised chargebacks.

Shipping policy:

We ship exclusively via DHL with insurance coverage.

Once the parcel has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, Luxe by Min is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Insurance covers loss or damage in accordance with DHL shipping policies. Refund and Exchange Policy:

At Luxe by Min, we curate authentic, high-value vintage designer pieces. We want you to be completely confident with your purchase. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day return window from the day your package is delivered. To protect the unique nature of our luxury inventory and prevent misuse, please carefully read our return conditions below:

*The Security Tag Protocol (Crucial): Every deisgner bag and accessories we ship is fitted with a high-visibility and tamper-evident security tag attached to the item. You are fully welcome to inspect, try on, and examine the bag with the tag attached. If this security tag is cut, removed, altered, or tampered with, the item is legally considered used and accepted. The right to a refund will be completely voided.

*Condition of the Item: The bag or accessory must be returned in the exact same condition it was received, including all original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and documentation shipped with your order.

*Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is legally responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. Because these are high-ticket luxury items, returns must be shipped via a fully tracked and fully insured shipping service (covering the full purchase value of the bag). We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

*How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please e-mail us at minbpl@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

*Inspection & Refund Approval: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality control inspection to verify that it meets our return conditions, If the return is approved, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your refund will then be processed to your original method of payment in accordance with applicable consumer laws. If the item does not meet the return requirements, we will notify you by e-mail and return the item to you.

Luxe by Min reserves the right to refuse or revise a return or refund if the item is found to have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or otherwise tampered with, including if the security tag has been removed or manipulated, or if the item does not meet the return conditions outlined above.

Understanding Vintage Items: Vintage items possess a distinct charm and character that make them unique and desirable. However, it's important to understand that these items may exhibit signs of wear, ageing, or slight imperfections, which are inherent to their vintage nature. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and detailed photographs of each item to ensure transparency and assist customers in making informed decisions. Inventory Availability: Please be aware that we maintain limited stock for each item on our website. Only one unit of each item is available for purchase. We cannot guarantee the availability of any item beyond the listed stock quantity. In the event an item becomes out of stock after purchase, we will promptly notify you and offer alternatives or a refund as appropriate.

All items are photographed and/or recorded during packaging.

Serial numbers and unique identifiers are documented (where applicable).

Packaging may be featured on our social media platforms as proof of dispatch.

This practice helps prevent fraudulent claims and chargebacks.

Purchased items may be featured on our Instagram or TikTok platforms for marketing purposes.

We will never publish personal information, including names, addresses, or contact details, without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability:

Luxe by Min is not liable for:

Normal wear and tear of pre-loved items

Indirect or consequential damages

Carrier-related delays outside our control

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid.

Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction. Inspection and Satisfaction: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we encourage you to inspect the item thoroughly before finalising the transaction.
